"Awesome ordering and delivery experience"
Awesome ordering and delivery experience. I was pretty annoyed that the site crashed right after I placed my order and stayed down for a couple of days, which made me a bit anxious about my purchase. However, it showed up just fine and on time.

I was told I’d get updates via e-mail about when my order would arrive. That didn’t happen, so I was really happy when the package showed up. The packaging was top-notch. Everything was super secure inside. I really liked how the boots looked. They fit nicely and are comfy to wear.

Regrettably, my order seems to be missing, and there aren't any other running shoes in my size except for a hiking boot, which just won't do since I need a proper running trainer.
I'm waiting to hear back about getting a refund.
It's not really the company's fault, but I'm still feeling let down.

Regrettably, I'm yet another who hasn't gotten my item shipped, and I've received no responses to my emails asking for an update (they don't provide a phone number). I'm still holding out hope, but completely ignoring emails doesn't really scream customer service.

"Don't waste your cash"
I placed an order on 12.12.22 and paid for some boots, but they never showed up. I reached out to Knixmax via email, but got no response. I wouldn't suggest this place; it's super disappointing and feels like a total scam.

While putting on my new boots, the eye hook snapped. The quality is just awful. They offered me half of what I paid back as a refund, which is just not right. I had to fork out for sending the boots back via recorded delivery. Once they got my boots, I did get my full purchase amount back, but I ended up spending over £8 to return a subpar item.

I got some winter boots for my hubby, but they ended up being too tight. I reached out to Knixmax and chose their offer for half off my next buy instead of returning them. They took care of it super fast, and I ordered a bigger size that showed up in just 2 days! 😁

I bought some boots and ended up returning them. I emailed the company with proof of postage, but got just one reply that didn’t help at all. No cash back yet, and I haven’t heard from them since. I wouldn’t suggest this place.

The size that was shown in the listing wasn't actually in stock. After I placed my order, I got a message saying it wasn't available. They refunded me pretty fast, though.
